Project 3: Light
Our task for this project was to design a non-denominational chapel on campus. We designed three chapels that are angled to control light and direct it to light the spaces. This is my Solution.

I picked this location because it agrees with the sun angles needed to control light and also agrees with the existing building setbacks created by the other buildings. The side chapels are pointed and placed for the purpose of collecting and redirecting sunlight. The Main chapel is in the best position to collect the most sunlight due to it being the biggest, including a side chapel. Also the buildings placement is along one of main routes used to get around campus making it easy to travel to.
